Event Scheduling, Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
Lxkdecorco, LLC
To ensure a smooth planning process and fairness to all clients and vendors, the following policies apply to all bookings with Lxkdecorco, LLC :
Deposits & Payments
All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits secure your event date and cover planning, coordination, and administrative work already performed.
Remaining balances are due 3 days prior to the event date as outlined in your invoice or contract.
Rescheduling Policy
Clients are permitted one (1) reschedule per booking.
A new event date must be selected and confirmed within 72 hours of cancellation or the original event date (whichever comes first).
If a new date is not provided within this timeframe, the event will be considered cancelled, and the deposit will be forfeited.
Rescheduled dates are subject to availability.
Lxkdecorco, LLC is not responsible for vendor availability or pricing changes resulting from rescheduling.
Communication Requirement
Timely communication is required throughout the planning process.
If a client becomes unresponsive for 7 consecutive days after multiple contact attempts (email, text, phone), the booking may be placed on hold or cancelled at the discretion of Lxkdecorco, LLC.
Lxkdecorco, LLC is not responsible for vendor availability or pricing changes resulting from delayed or missing communication.
Vendor Coordination
Once vendors have been contacted, reserved, or have begun preparation, their individual refund and cancellation policies apply.
While Lxkdecorco, LLC is happy to assist in communicating with vendors, refunds from third-party vendors are not guaranteed and are subject to each vendor’s terms.
Cancellation by Client
If a client chooses to cancel their event:
– The deposit remains non-refundable.
– Any additional payments made will be reviewed based on services rendered and vendor commitments.
Business Protection
Lxkdecorco, LLC reserves the right to pause or discontinue services if communication becomes ineffective, policies are not followed, or the working relationship is no longer productive or professional.
